TSC Store is a retail store chain. This new purpose built facility was to replaces their previous building which had a smaller floor plate with a larger space to better suit their needs. The building design and layout were company standards that were reviewed and molded to suit the site, along with a featured receiving area with a loading dock and storage mezzanine. The building was constructed on one end of a large site to be developed as part of a larger retail and service centre.
